His description line next to his avatar says "Sheepcamp Secrecy Chairman". He's from Indiana. Do any of you guys know who he is?

He has a ton of posts in the Indiana deer thread that's been on the first page the past few days. They're arguing about the one buck rule currently in place.
Hey, if anyone wants to argue with me about, I am vehemetly opposed to a one buck rule. Horn porn, loss of hunting opportunities, less appeal to hunters = less hunters, privately practiced QDM gets same results, etc.

I've seen him numerous times, it just doesn't stick-out who and what he is/does.

Re: Who Is Redemption On AT???
I for one wouldn't mind a one buck rule in MI.... you can do whatever the hell you want down there in the land of the crazies
BUT, in order for a one buck rule to be effective here in MI, you'd need to expand the antlerless tag opportunities. In order to get a doe tage for public land, I have to APPLY and hopefully draw... How stupid is that?
Opening day of firearms season here on state land I saw 10 does and one buck, and then people bitch about there being no big deer (incidentally, the buck was a 130 incher... and I missed him
) Allow for expanded doe harvest, and that would do wonders to help the "imbalance" in the herd.
I'm not a horn hunter, but who doesn't want to kill a nice deer? Maybe a one buck rule would cause people to be more selective in what they kill... or you go to EAB... I dunno, I don't have all the solutions, but it kills me that people whine over the loss of their RIGHT to kill spike bucks every year, but then if they have that opportunity, wonder why they never see anything with more than 6 points...

Luckily this year you'll be shooting a Mathews...so you won't have to worry about missing again. Dead deer...end of story.
So many people nowadays practice QDM/TDM on their own that it seems silly to penalize guys who have an opportunity to kill two big bucks in a year. Maybe it's because of luck, skill, good hunting land, whatever...but I hate to see hunters miss out on the chance to have a year they'll remember for the rest of their lives. It stinks that there are still guys out there that shoot 1 1/2 year old bucks instead of does, but it's their right to do it. I just don't want to see hunting become an over-legislated political arena like everything else. Just let us hunt, game laws should be for the health of the herd and enjoyment of hunters, not just to make more money off of the horn porn industry.

Re: Who Is Redemption On AT???
I agree. The guys who do it should be able to kill those big deer. Unfortunately, like anything else, you have two camps that are at odds with eachother, and it's not going to be good for the sport.
And the miss was with my rifle
Gotta love thick MI woods....

You must have tried a 601 yard shot...you're not ready for that yet.

I have dealt with him b4, he knows more about us than we about him, he actually quoted me in a thread where I asked 2 guys to tone it down, weird.
