Darla's bow off to Michael to Supertune!

OK< well I'll sell her TR and then figure out which direction she wants to go. It's her bow, so I want her to be happy. Probably get a Sword or a Cobra Boomslang. She really liked that sight as well...

That is a pretty sweet looking setup. I'm gonna play more with my TR as well.... if I don't like it, I know what I'll be switching to.

I think I'm gonna give TR another chance. I want to like the sights but its hard...

I have a 3 pin Matrix that I might convert to a one pin only sight. I imagine that Airborne will shoot pretty flat, with some compensation with yardage.

Let us know when Darla gets her bow, I will be interested in hearing her opinion after the tune.

Soo, it looks like she'll be cool with a Sword... unless she makes me buy her a Cobra

Michael shipped it back yesterday, so hopefully I'll have it today or tomorrow.... sweet! She's dying to shoot it... I'll be sure to post her thoughts on it.

Yep, we've shot one tourney at our local club, missed the second since her bow was at Michael's, but the next one is oina couple weeks, so we'll be shooting that. This will be the first outdoor shoot of the year, so I'm looking forward to that.

In May... gotta make a payment this weekend, and then just one more. I'm hoping I get that stimulus check quick, so I can use that to pay it off, buy a case and the like.

I just had to drop $400 into my wife's van, so that was a major killer....

She shot it a couple times at the house and really likes it so far. We're going to hit the range this weekend or next week so she can really fling some arrows.

For the short-term I just put her old Cobra Venom sight on it so she has some way to shoot, but once I have 5 free minutes, I'll be placing her old sight on AT.

What shocks me is that I thought Michael was going to change out the peep for a Fletcher and remove the String Shox, which he didn't do any of, and still was managing to get those kinds of speeds out of it... Be pretty sweet once I pull the shox, change the peep and get custom strings on it for her.... woot!!

Well, did she get some good shooting in this weekend? Seems like it was a real screamer after seeing the numbers increase on speed.

We went up north after she and her Mom catered a wedding on Saturday, so she hasn't gotten to shoot it. Ideally this week sometime we'll get to the range. I did have to back the limbs out a turn as the draw was a bit stiffer after we got it back, so she'll have to work back up to the full 50#
